The Life Giver, She who loves

Illia is the Elven Goddess of Healing and Comfort. She is the one who lets clerics heal those in need, and it is said she weeps whenever a war is fought, for she hates life being taken away. For this reason she does not like the elven goddess of death, Zadotl, and this flows to how both the worshippers act amongst each other. She is said to be a loving god, and just wants everyone to live happily and safely, which makes the current situation of the elven empire so much more grim and terrible for her.
