Rivvel'Saaval, Witness of the End

Rivvel'Saaval is a massive dragon of indiscernible type. At the end of time, he will fly into the cosmos, through the chaos beyond the world and past the outer planes. There he will see a being surpassing all, and it will shake him to his soul.

He will flee back to the world, past the outer planes and through the chaos beyond, arriving before he was born, bearing witness to the creation of all things. He will attempt to prevent his own birth, and will do so with ease.

And yet he will persist. And he persists. And he persisted. Endlessly he watches all things burgeon and perish before once again soaring upward to see the end, only to return and repeat. And so he has always done, as the dragon who never existed but has eternally been.

He rules over the nation of Krelsador in Vig'Athura, a respected and feared monarch.

His abilities as a seer are unparalleled throughout all of Tesia. He knows all that has occurred and all that will occur, or could occur, or will never occur. And yet he is silent. No mortal has ever heard his voice. He shows his will and tells his prophecies in cryptic signs and incomprehensible writings. Few understand these musings, and those who do often wish they did not.
