Aghazstar

Kingdom created by the dracolich Aghatzzan, who broke free from Mummy Kings of Oziria during the Fourth Age, The Calamity. When the dust settled and the Fifth Age, Current Age came, the dragon used this occasion to take control of a part of the country, creating Aghazstar. The country fights with Oziria over control but it is less bloody than at the start of the Age. The dracolich has many more enemies in this region than he wanted or needed. The people of Aghazstar do not live "in fear" as their neighbors tend to believe. The dracolich has harsh rules for the populace and high taxes for the wealthy but it isn't that different from some other kingdoms.
