The Hellstone Coast in very much uninhabited region. Many tried to take it for themselves, only to lose it many years later. Thought to be cursed but other points to cultists and fiends as the probable cause. Even Divine Empire colonies here didn't survive and after the Fourth Age, The Calamity all was lost. It is famous for the Hellstone "metal".
