So it was that the pirate who had cheated death twice managed to defy it yet again. Having vanquished his foes, including his ancestor Ascal and the goblin, Valeran realized that his place in this world was diminishing. As an entity caught between life and death, he knew his time of rest would eventually arrive. However, for the present, he allied himself with the Demon King and departed from the Cube. Embracing a new destiny, Valeran became the first cosmic pirate hailing from Tethys.
