Xaer'nath

The ruling class changes rapidly over the course of years in Xaer'nath as might makes right. The people who are on top, thanks to their strength, influence, and power, are mainly demonologists. While most populace fears their leadership, they are mostly out of the circle of treachery and murder, as the chaotic Tieflings wish only for power and you can't have power if you kill your subjects over and over.

History

The Daemonhead Gulfs are notorious in the Primeval Pits of Nassau as the most infested by demons place in the southern parts of Arakhor. Many nations tried to rebuild themselves after the Post-Calamity Era of the Fifth Age, Current Age and while the northern nation of Tulemia had Red Dragon allies, the south didn't. Over the generations, demonologist Tieflings would take over village after village, town after town and city after city, until they controlled half of the region. Many fear that they will not stop but they have a tough enemy in Tulemia and there're people hoping that the Red Dragons won't give them an inch.
