Caesar

The title of Caesar was created in 1117 by Drusus Scaro when he took up leadership of the nation to lead us during the Fey War. The title of Caesar replaced the title of Imperial Monarch in the Constitution and Laws giving Caesar the full authority that would have been given to the Empress or a King. As with the previous titles of King and Imperial Monarch, the role of Caesar is seen as being second only to the gods.
Following Caesar Drusus Scaro being kidnapped by the Vampire House Colburn, the title of Caesar was removed from Drusus along with its privileges.
