City-State of Archangel

The City of Archangel was once ruled by the Paladin of Mortis Lord Erzengel Von Archangel, until the city-state was invaded and  officially ceded by King Hariata Humaktson to Emperor Heyami the First as part of the Treaty of Cessation of Hostilities, in the year 1103.
Currently known as the City of Karelia and was once known as the imperial Province of the same name, the former city-state would eventually rebel against the Empire of the Golden Throne and become part of the Mempo.
