Factorum
When Caesar Drusus Scarro came into power at the beginning of the Fey war, he turned Teutonia into a war machine. Every abled body was taught how to fight, infrastructure was rebuilt, and every necromancer the nation had to offer was charged with raising any asset to construct Teutonia's defences. Caesar knew that this would only be possible if he had the crafters of the nation consolidated, and so he created the Factorum. The Factorum acted as a new branch of the government, charged with organising the nations Blacksmiths, Artisans, Jewel crafters and Alchemists to fuel the nations war machine.
