The North East
The North East contains the cities of Riga and Murmansk. Due to the way the mountains surrounding this region all it is a very difficult region to penetrate with any army. Several have tried, all of them have failed. However the mountains serve as a double edge sword as it can isolate travel and trade due to its narrow passes into the region.
Riga has used these to their advantage in the past when they completely isolated themselves from the rest of Teutonia during the Schlangenkrieg. Due to this both cities have developed different cultures to the rest of Teutonia, most notably they lean more closely to Cobra ideals of Democracy. Although Riga has embraced and run with this ideology, Murmansk still retains its Nobility.
