The Insignia responsible for repairing the Fergana, that eventually shifted to mean responsible for the abilities that they were all capable of. First holder was Aya Courson, former First Officer. Also made responsible for power regulation after the departure of the Moltarizen. They can manipulate the power grid and the energy within it, even briefly transferring it through the air to another conduit, can also grant temporary or permanent positions although this is lost as it was related to the Sundering.
