Darad Chanostrate

First held by Lerola Wildauer , this is the community manager, responsible for hearing the minor problems of the people and making sure the correct member of the council addresses the issues. A kind of a buffer. Oversees the Darostrate, who are essentially mayors of the districts. Has access to communications and a kind of pacifying effect.
