Captain Elric Stoneholm
The dockmaster of Oratin is a man named Captain Elric Stoneholm, a man that's in charge of the daily business of the port as well as the small armada of guard ships that patrolls they pay every now and then. He works close by with the Waveguard Sentinels, and has his office in the dockmaster's office.
