Thyn - God of Hatred

Ascended Mortal Thyn was someone that was completely overtaken by hatred in their life, left that way after a terrible upbringing he was only driven by that one emotion during his lifetime. This hate drove him to commit acts that were so horrible, sow discord amongst people and try to fuel conflict and spread head everywhere he went. He managed to find his ascension by pure chance as he was busy making sure that a once loving marriage was to be broken down, and for both partners to resent each other so fully it could only be explained by utter hatred. All three died in his ascension, Thyn taking his place up in the celestial realm as a new god and the couple he was busy corrupting got burnt to ash where they stood, dying with only hatred in their hearts. Thyn is actually one of the few “evil” gods that is openly worshipped in civilization today without much hindrance. Maybe it’s due to people not remembering what he did in life, or due to the fact that hatred is such a natural feeling mortals can’t go without feeling it. But his more devout followers of course take things further, looking to create rifts in society, create deep grudges and committing acts of vengeance. His followers also enjoy desecrating other gods shrines and symbols.
