Initially built as a remote disposal for cataclysmic threats, under Port Apollo is a system of catacombs, prisons, and tombs. Buried the deepest is the skeleton of an unidentifiable Ancient Dragon.

The Consul of Mages reside on the highest floor of Di'Nok's Reach. A group of 5 Mages acting as representatives of their district, with Samwell Gauthier as the representative of Di'Nok's Reach, making Samwell the "highest ranking" member.
Climate
Hot during daylight hours, freezing cold on the surface at night. The city falls into the interior of the moon at night, and the bubble for the city is climate controlled to mimic a "perfect" fall day.
