Miranda

MIranda collaborated with @Dovor to create the dragons. She also created the kobolds. She is also called the Tempestuous One, or the Storm Lady, as she also is the goddess of storms on Thaumara.
Her worshipers are often dragons, or dragonborn, and all Kobolds worship her as their creator. Her priests tend to focus on her chaotic side more as that is how she is linked to storms. Even her non-dragonblood worshipers tend to adorn themselves with draconic iconography, and lighting iconography.
Her symbol is a dragon surrounded by winds.
