Paper Power. While wearing this charm on your person, you can use a bonus action to activate it. When you do, your Inteligence score becomes 21 until the end of your next turn. If your Intelligence score is equal or greater than 21, this charm has no effect on you. After the paper charm has been activated, it destroys itself by shredding into tiny pieces.
