As the God of Revenge it is obvious that Nibiru has the domain of revenge. Likewise it should not be surprising that he also has a partial domain in Justice. However unlike Bahamut who tempers his justice with Mercy, or Ashera who seeks justice only if a law was broken, Nibiru seeks justice for those who have been wronged regardless of the law or reason. A wrong must be met with an equal punishment.
Battle, Strength

Throughout battles one is assured to be wronged or met with violence, however this must not go unpunished either. Strength must be used to make sure you can enact revenge on those who slay your comrades, or destroy your village.

The Illusion of Redemption

Written by Sir Terrance Leopold III the prophet of Nibiru, and the first paladin of Vengance. This book is a compilation of the many experiences he had while enacting vengeance in the name of Nibiru. It teaches about the necessity of revenge and the truth behind the saying “an eye for an eye”.
The Book of Retribution

The book is a set of commandments and tenets of Nibiru. However one can also find a set of prayers and rituals within as well. Used more on the clerical side of the faith, it is seen as needlessly redundant, and long by the common worshiper. However, it remains an important fixture in the faith both as a reference for proper punishment for different wrongdoings, and what can constitute as going too far.

Follow the Spirit of the Law and not the Letter of the Law.

Though the law exists to protect the people of the lands, many can skew them to serve themselves and keep others down. Overly scrutinizing the law and finding loopholes is a fool's errand, if the law is obvious what it is trying to prevent then follow the obvious interpretation. Do not let the thief go unpunished on a technicality.
Let violence be met with violence, evil pay back evil, but good be met with good

When a crime is done it is due to a lack of understanding what is being done. To harm others is to show that you care not that harm be done to yourself, to steal from others is to invite others to steal from yourself. Repay the criminal with the same sadism they had for the victim. However, those that act with kindness, and in the interest of helping others shall be rewarded equally. All actions shall have an equal reaction, whether good or bad.
Endeavour to walk the thin line of Nibiru's teachings, seek retribution, but do not pursue evil actions for their own sake.

When working to walk in the steps of Nibiru and follow his teachings you must make sure to remember the purpose of your actions. Do not allow yourself to become entranced by the siren song of pride and greed. You are to be the executioner of Nibiru's will, but not to seek vengeance where none is needed. This is the path of evil and one that will turn you against Nibiru and his faithful.
Vengeance for all injustices, and all punishments must fit the crime.

Every wrong no matter how small requires vengeance and retribution. However the vengeance must fit the crime. Do not repay a lie with theft, theft with death, or mockery with violence. Likewise do not repay death with theft, or theft with mockery. Nibiru has given us a perfect punishment for every crime. Follow his will and give no mercy to the wrongdoer, or unneeded brutality to the drunkard.
Those who do not respond against attacks on themselves only invite future attacks.

Wrongdoers feed on the meek, and weak. Those who seek to forgive their wrongdoer, or give mercy to those who gave you none, are among the weak. The evildoer will lick their wounds, and return to harm you again. Never allow this to happen to you.

The Time of Retribution
9th of the month of festivals through the 11th 8/9-8/11-
A three day celebration of the retribution that was given to evil doers. The day is spent reveling in the revenge that was given to those who deserve it most, and the planning of future revenge. It is also common for “group cursing” where, as the name states, a group of magic users comes together to perform curses on wrong doers. Feasts and gift exchanges are also common place.
The Day of Self
The 28th of the Month of Ends 12/28-
The Day of Self is a time to own up to the injustices you have done in the past year. Come before Nibiru and lay yourself at his mercy. Should you seek proper punishment for your transgression you will be saved by the grace of Nibiru. The seeking of Penance as it is called is done in front of a crowd in order to lay bear your hypocrisy. The rest of the day in spent in silent contemplation, and preparation for the coming year.

Nibiru aims to bring about justice and retribution on those that are deserving of it. In the ever growing call for justice and retribution Nibiru will be the hammer that is brought down on the evil, and the hand that is extended to the good.
