As the Dragons of the Zaelruth kingdom pushed their slaves into the Myrar Tundra all worship of gods who were not Tiamat was outlawed. The churches were completely destroyed and now it is unknown how many worshipers of Remus remain in the world. The following is all that is known about the god Remus,
Divine Domains
Frost, Winter
- The Prime god of the Myrar Tundra Remus, The Great Winter Wolf, brings an end to the heat of summer. Though many see winter as a time of death and hardship. Those who follow Remus see it as a time of rest and tranquility. The silence of winter is a time of peace, and the work done in the summer will let them relax during the winter.
Nature,Arctic
- Remus represents the tundra, the arctic, and the Aurora Borealis. The tundra was said to be crafted by him with his great breath of frost, and it became his domain. Those who follow the teachings of Remus and keep him in their heart will never fear crossing such lands.
Hearth, Unity
- Remus is a god of brotherhood and family. He teaches his followers that we are all brothers and sisters in his eyes. Those who follow Remus will always keep their Hearths lit for any who wander.
The Hunt, Protection, Twilight
- Though Remus is a loving god he understands the role of nature. The creatures of Eovillia must eat and protect themselves, and this means hunting. He blesses all hunters who only take what they need, and live in harmony with nature. Those who hunt must only hunt to survive and protect themselves, and protect others from the creatures that wish them harm. He will protect those who protect others.
Holy Books & Codes
There is no current holy book of Remus. Most of his worshipers have died out with the invasion of the Zaleruth kingdom, and subjugation by the dragons. It is believed that any holy scriptures remus that had once existed, have long since been destroyed.

Live in harmony with Nature

The tundra is a realm of hardship, and only by being in harmony with it will you survive. You take and hunt only what is needed as you must allow your brothers and sisters to survive as well. Greed has no place in the domain of Remus.
Fear not the Winter

The winter is the time of Remus and is a season of holiness. If you have lived in harmony with the tundra and prepared well let it be a time of rest. Sleep well and eat well, remain warm and look to the sky for his light.
All are your brothers and sisters

No matter the species, and no matter the culture all are brothers and sisters under Remus. Protect your brothers and sisters from the creatures who wish them harm. Keep your hearths lit for all who wander, and allow them in to warm from the cold. But take no advantage of the hospitality of your brothers and sisters. For there will be times when you will wander again, and look to only find an unlit hearth.
Honor the Aurora

The Aurora is the Blood of Remus, and a sign of his greatest sacrifice. When the Aurora is high in the sky, no blood must be spilt that night. Return to your brothers and sisters and feast, for Remus is by your side.
Holidays
Feast of The Aurora
23rd of the Month of Frost11/23
- The holiest day for those who follow Remus. The Aurora is most bright on this night, a dance is held beneath it lead by the priests and monks of Remus. On the Completion of the Dance a grand feast is held to remember the sacrifice Remus made in the killing of his brother Kezef. The aurora his blood is said to be all that is left of this fight, and thus no killing, hunting or fighting is allowed this night.
The Winter Solstice
15th of the Month of Frost11/15
- The day in which the winter officially begins. It is a day of preparation for the months of winter and togetherness. No work is allowed on this day and the hearth must be alight all day. Those who follow Remus are encouraged to invite any in who ask, and give them food and shelter. The night is spent in remembrance of the past seasons and in gratitude for the coming winter.
The Day of Brotherhood
13th of the Month of Rest2/13
- The day before the spring equinox. It is to be spent with the community sharing what stockpiles they have left from the winter. The monks, and priests are encouraged to take part in the festivities and welcome and newcomers to the community.
The day of The Hunt
1st of the Month of Beasts9/1
- This day is spent on a great community wide hunt in order to get as much food for the winter as possible. The monks would consult local druids and get a feel on how the local population of animals is fairing. Using this forecast they put an allowance on how many of each animal one is allowed to hunt that day. Then they place a weekly limit for the rest of the year for the amount of beasts one is allowed to hunt. The hunt would begin at sunrise and end at sunset. The hunter who achieved their limit first, gained the most amount of meat, or slayed the largest beast is crowned the hunt master. This person is entitled to 5 pounds of meat from each participant, and sits at the seat of honor during the feast. Other gifts and praise may be given as well.

Remus wants to keep the balance of nature in check and protect beings from the evils that wish harm upon them, and the people of the realm to live in harmony regardless of superficial differences.
