Probably due to her lack of ability to talk freely, not much is known of Angie's past, or how/why she joined the ARA. What is known is that she started working at the ARA as an engineer, but moved to being a part-time field agent after some months. She's a plushie collector and engineering genius who spends her spare time making unnecessarily complex mechanical gadgets that aren't always very useful but sure are fun! Those walking by her workshop can often hear her "singing" in whistles, clicks, and dings while she works. They may also hear a random voice say "DAMMIT" when Engie comes across a frustrating problem. She's generally very chipper and friendly, but on the job she's very focused on getting the mission done. She always carries her backpack with her, which is filled with interesting and niche items. She will not cast gun at people.
(Angie isn't her birth name. She was called Engie by whoever recruited her due to her skillset, and people misheard and started calling her Angie. So she goes with it and answers to either. Her real name is the sound of a toolbox falling over.)
