Impartiality

Impartiality is a female tiefling smuggler. She has agreed to take the party through the mountains separating The Vilian Kingdom, The Balan Caliphate and The Grand Duchy of Dorna from Egnelly to The Balan Caliphate. (See map below)
She has golden hair and eyes, and is a secretive person. She knows her way through the secret tunnels in the mountains and has contacts in the city of Lenoire.
