The Personal Digital Assistant (PDA)
The Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) is a wonderous device that houses anything one might need for modern life. By default, it comes equipped with universal internet coverage, a molecular assembler/disassembler (MAD), a full resolution camera, and even wireless neural implant integrations.
Usage
Using your PDA is easy thanks to ANNA (Advanced Neural Network Assistant). Simply tell her what you want done and she'll do it if she's able. If you are equipped with a compatible neural implant, you can pair it with your device to allow for telepathic communication with ANNA.
Features
The PDA is capable of performing the following:
- Send/Receive text messages.
- Make/Receive long-distance audio/video calls.
- Display the current date/time down to the nanosecond.
- Parse and solve advanced mathematical problems (if a solution exists).
- Make digital transactions.
- Store nonmagical, inorganic personal items using its MAD.
- Access public databases to identify people/creatures/objects using its full resolution camera.
- Print objects of its size or smaller using its MAD.
- Display its current location on a map of the surrounding area (if one is available).
If the user is equipped with a compatible neural implant, they may pair with this device to gain access to the following addional features:
- Display its owner's vitals.
- Play audio to the user telepathically instead of audibly.
- Display the owner's current location on a map of the surrounding area (if one is available).
- Display the screen as an overlay over the owner's vision.
- Parse the owner's thoughts to text and read them aloud in a voice of their choosing (Adequate samples of target's voice required).
