Rule 1: Children (CHILD-rin)

All couples (man and woman) must have three children by the time that the younger person in the couple is the age of 30. These children cannot have any sort of mental or physical health disorder at birth, this includes, but is not limited to, Downs Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, or Autism. If a couple has more than three children, one will be randomly selected and removed from the family. This child will then be given to a family that has not reached the maximum children limit or to a family in which one of their children has perished. If a couple does not have three children by the time the younger person in the couple is 30 years of age, whether by choice or inability to have children, the couple will receive children until they have three children. The child will have the last name of their parents, whether this child is biological or not and will be expected to act and be treated as a member of the family.
