V'rell Strez "Longbow"

V'rell Strez is an Augmented former member of Daikatana's Private Security Squad Dagger. She specializes in subtefuge, recon, and long range target elimination.
During a conflict in which the NLF attacked Daikatana's main research labs she was posted outside to prevent a retreat by NLF forces, being given strict orders to shoot anyone leaving the area, friend or foe. During the conflict she noticed several NLF forces running from a hole blown out of a backalley below the building she was posted on. The NLF forces were running from a lone cybernetic operative leading several civilians out of the opening. She oppened fire on the NLF, and once they were eliminated openned fire on the lone operative.
It was in this moment that the lone operative revealed himself to be one of the other members of another Daikatana Squad. Having her orders, she continued to open fire. After several minutes of close calls, the operative was able to reach her headset, and informed her of the grisly details of what went on in Daikatana's most restricted areas.
Having a change of heart, and turning on her own Squad, she began to provide covering fire to one Charles Axian, and several former prisoners. V'rell was successful in getting them to safety, and then quickly slipped away into the shadows, fleeing the wrath of the other Daikatana Squads. She left only a simple note to Charles: “I’ll see you before you see me. Keep your head down, Claymore.”
