Last Specters
Just when they thought they were safe, as dawn rose, the ghost came and snatched them.
In London, the night is never safe. Even when the first lights of the day shine over the Thames you cannot let your guard down. Near the river lurks a peculiar kind of wraiths. Last Specters prey on the early birds or late nightgoers unfortunate enough to wander too close to the water.
Ethereal apparitions
Vengeful spirit of the drowned of the Thames, last specters have a pale blue hue and disfigured rotten faces. Eager to make others share their fate, they pull their victims with otherworldly strength or drive them mad by plunging inside their body.
Ultimate threat
Last Specters, according to their name, are the last creature of the night to show up. They emerge with the first lights of the day and lasts for several minutes. They are observed by designated hunters to signal the end of the night and the lift of the spell put on London's night. When the last wraith vanishes, it means that the streets are safe again until dusk. At least from the nightbound threats.

Poor value
Very hard to catch and even harder to get anything from them. They offer nothing that other specters don't, thus are not worth the trouble. Occasionally when a ghost hunter manages to chain one of them inside a bottle they can serve as a one-off mean of defense.
