GVAC
GVAC - the Guild of Virtual Athletes & Combatants - is one of the countless competitive guilds based in the city of Daevas on 8673 Felis I. Unlike their more hands-on competitors, members of GVAC specialize in a range of electronic entertainment systems collected, restored, and sanctioned over time.
Though their method of competition is recognized by Zurvan, and they've accumulated surprising amounts of prestige, other guilds still consider GVAC to be illegitimate or "fake" in some fashion. They also consider its members to be uncouth and a bit less hygienic than they could be, but this is separate.
Following Zurvan's downfall, GVAC was disbanded, and most of its members relocated to the Anath system to begin new lives.
Notable Members
- Rile-Lee, founder and guildmaster.
- Pugs, technician and ethlete. A squat, scaly reptilian with barbels and multiple sets of eyes. Returned to his own time with Cronk.
- Hwo; pilot, gamer, and heartthrob. A tiny fox-like alien covered in straw-colored fur.
- Cronk, the guild's muscle and unmatched rhythm game expert. A massive genetically-engineered combat cyborg who speaks entirely in howls and grunts. Returned to his own time with Pugs.
Assets
A surprisingly exhaustive collection of electronic entertainment systems and devices, as well as media in many compatible formats. Many of these were brought to Felis I by Rile, while the rest were donated by or won from new arrivals to the planet.
