The Dreaming Whispers
A religion widespread in the east, especially within the cat-folk of Nala-Nala. But recently it has been gaining ground in the west as well.
They believe in "The Dreamers" that they say are consentrated "Godly Essence" or "Greater Souls" which are in the ground, in the sky and in the living beings. And that to connect with these souls, is to connect with the universe. And if you are able to do this, to connect yourself to the universe through these "Godly Dreamers" one can see itself though them, to understand itself and the universe. Thus becoming one with the everlasting "Whisper" and ascend through the ground, sky and the living into something greater. Something truly immortal.
Mythology & Lore
According to sacred texts of Hathlegth-Kanman, the Speaker of the Lucid Word, there are two worlds. Separated by an invisible veil of understanding.
In one, the living lived and died and in one the dead lived and died to live.
The essence of living pass between the veil time and time again until it has seen what it has wanted to see.
Now some of them go outside of the veil.
But some remain, sleeping where they can, be it in the sky; the clouds, the stars, the planar objects. The earth; the endless waves, the unwavering ground. Or the living; The active dreamers, searchers and wonderers.
There they sleep, yet their essence touch the living in many ways. Giving them whispers, guidance and even visions.
These living, who see the visions, have a deeper understanding of the world. They can then tap into the essence. Asking permission to just a for a moment, join together as one.
And thus the dreamers dream contently, knowing that this brings the living closer to the truth.
See yourself, through yourself, by yourself.
