Border Hin

The Forest-Ghosts, Brother Wolves

Hardened Survivors, Relentless Foes

The Northern Hin, or Border Hin, were once like their southern cousins until the depredations of the beastmen hordes and evil invasions from several centuries ago. Prized as food and playthings by all manner of subhumans, the Hin population in areas beset by the Taking were hunted into hiding. The population was decimated and many families went into hiding behind enemy lines; living a paranoid and dangerous existence for generations. The Northern Hin have a darker view of the world and have adapted accordingly, filled with vengeance for their murdered forefathers they are skilled guerrilla fighters.

The Border Hin are nomadic and tribal groups that remain in the lands that fell under the Taking or nearby them. These battle-hardened people have waged a retaliatory war against all of their enemies. They are the scourge of the wilds, the blade in the dark, and the hunter beneath the moon.
