Kalthûk Durz
Sluk | 'BRINGERS OF THE DARK' or 'WHAT DARKNESS BRINGS'
The suspected name of the WARCLAN under the banner of the MAN-DRIVER. By most translations, it promises a dark end to all who see their bloody blazon on the horizon. Though the Kalthûk Durz have been reliably sighted at more than expected breaches of the border it is also known that their numbers always suffer greatly. Those beastmen who follow the warlord Nazû are said to be possessed of a madness that gives strength through sickened rage but takes its toll in battle and afterwards. The cause of this 'quality' in the ranks of the Kalthûk Durz remains unknown at this time.
The foul reputation of their warlord, Nazû the Man-Driver, is often earned at the beginning of their mad assaults as captive Men and Women, minds broken through pain and/or tribulations, are driven before the charging clan to soak up missile fire, cushion the protrusions of siege defenses with their bodies and drive courage from the men standing before them. For this, he is known as the Man-Driver.
