Kraken

The Kraken, as a group, is a shadowy organization that has emerged aggressively within the city over the past few years. Known for their acts of extreme violence against attempts to surveil or hinder their efforts, the Kraken has jumped to the forefront of the City Guard’s efforts to stamp out crime. All efforts by local criminal guilds to identify or hinder their operations have been unsuccessful.
