Temo's Bastards

Formerly the Bastards of Aghon, the BASTARDS is believed to be the name for a brigand gang that operates out of the western part of the Sallow Hills.

Involvements

The COMPANIONS have had several run-ins with the Bastards. In their first introduction to the Bastards, they slew the former leader, AGHON, and sent the entire band scurrying back to their hideout. A subsequent encounter resulted in defeat for the BASTARDS after a night-time attack went awry. A dying brigand gave up much of the information that the Companions now possess concerning this group.

Structure

All that is known is that TEMO THE MAD has taken control of the gang. In addition, at least one of the gang's members has elven blood and is used as a night-time watchman.

Assets

The BASTARDS are known to reside in a restored fort complete with a tower. The structure is in poor shape and almost useless were it to be besieged but against other brigands and smaller forces it provides excellent protection. In addition, the tower provides vantage over a large swath of the Scrub Plains allowing them to detect and monitor crossing travelers.
