URTZO is a taciturn--almost surly--man that is the new owner and operator of the Provisioner & Trader's Store in DYRAMAR KEEP. He arrived in DYRAMAR KEEP shortly before purchasing it from the previous owner, Mouse , who left quickly with his monies.
