Westmen
A shadow of their former grandeur, the Westmen have never recovered from the Alley Wars of the late ’80’s. It has shriveled to less than thirty suspected members who ply their trade strictly in accordance with the Red Street Accords. The guild has been the subject of several hostile actions by up-and-coming crews over the last decade but has managed to hold firm to its turf. It is believed that the Westmen have significant influence within the political powers of the Kingdom to have survived for so long.
In Heraldsport, they focus primarily on protection within their dwindling turf. The Westmen are led by three elder criminals chosen in an unknown fashion although it is believed that lineage plays a part in determining who is eligible for such a position. In the old days, the Westmen had a singular Master that was advised by these three positions but no Master has arisen since their fall from power.
There are persistent rumors that the Wisemen retain significant clout or presence in other Auredain settlements despite their fall from the heights. None of these rumors have been substantiated.
