Soul Rune

A soul rune is a meteorite that crash-landed on the planet. These meteorites come from the souls in the sky. They have a faint glow around them. Most often, they can be found in muesums or at recent crash landings. Some people can find them buried in the ground somewhere on their property. If they don't report it, they can keep it.
It is a magickal item that grants extra hearing to the person it is attuned to. While each meteorite can only hold five names, whether they be places, people, or things.

Description :

This meteroite helps you hear when specific names are spoken. The meteorite can be attuned to recognize up to five proper names known to you, such as specific people, places, or things. The meteorite cannot be attuned to words that are not used a proper names. Attuning a soul rune to a new names takes 10 minutes, and if the new name exceeds the five-name limit, the oldest attuned name ceases to be attuned.
The meteorite grants you a +5 insight bonus to hearing-based Perception checks and sense thorugh (hearing) with a range of 60 feet, but both abilitie apply only to allow you to hear one of the attuned names being spoken. This allows you to potentially hear a name being spoken a room away or even through soundproof glass, but not any other sounds or conversations.
