THE ASCENSION WAR (SPACE OPERA)

A distant era. Humankind has spread to the outer edges of the solar-system, seeding the void with innumerable space habitats and transforming worlds and moons. The human race itself has transformed, splitting into new and diverse forms to survive life beyond Earth.

It should be a Golden Age of peace and prosperity for all.

Alas, old and new prejuidices and rivalries are rampant. The solar-system is divided into warring fiefdoms based on societal and religious differences. Over many centuries numerous nations have risen to dominance only to fall and the solar-system is littered with their remnants.

Yet unity may be the only thing capable of ensuring the tribes of humanity will survive that which is to come. For alien minds have turned their attention upon our isolated corner of the galaxy and soon humanity will face a war on a scale never before imagined.
