The House Tulip, one of the caravan network's founding four dynasties, lay housed to the west in the City of the Icy Mist. Known for its cunning, stealth, and ability to appear anywhere at anytime, it is indeed a formidable house to contend with. Rich even before the The Caravanswere founded, they afford trhe luxury of in-house council of mages, and many within the family practice magic themselves.
They are often accused by the peasant folk of owning Starrite, although one may imagine a family member may boast about this in pride, not shame, depending on the occasion.
