Neighbor's Rest

Neighbor's Rest is a small town often used as a rest stop for caravans travelling between the central continent and Dwarven country. Situated just south of Raphael's Ridge, it provides a safe rest for the night before passing through the mountains.
A small town comprised primarily of a few stone buildings and inn, and collectively of farms and some mines in the outlying area, it is by no means a wealthy place. Characters of ill intent often find residence here, lying in wait to prey on the weary travellers.
