Structure

Slightly more of a typical democracy, Het'Lhen contains two balancing organizing bodies, one legislative and one executive. Such leaders are elected every handful of years; however, the presidency is not an elected position. It is an inherited position, and such can only change with a complete takeover. The president does have a say in laws, but most of the balance remains in the lower branches.

Culture

While not as extreme as Etrana, inhabitants of Het'Lhen do embrace the technological advances of the modern era. Plenty of their lives remain as they had been before, but with lots of technological bonuses. Lhens usually see Etrana's technology overtaking as a little odd, but potentially intriguing, depending on the individual.
