Set in the heart of Etrana, New Eden is a sprawling city with a luminous spire at its center, far above the other looming megascrapers that already feel as if they touch the heavens. Billboards and cascading neon lights waterfall over the city, while skyways and elevated monorails hover over the city streets.
Surveillance drones are known to monitor public space thuroughly, leading to private residences being turned into more dubious gathering spots. Like any major city, New Eden does have its own mess of crime. The New Eden Watchdogs, a mix of police and contracted mercenaries, attempt to wipe crime from the streets to keep New Eden's safe-for-tourism image clean.
