Head to the Nexus of Shadows, a neutral meeting point for shady business that I worked out of while in TuThricream Chital, changeling Paim. Cirlara, the changeling captain.
Make it to head, which is just a large, obsidian dark, endless room. There is a floating orb floating in the center of the room.

Session 4 (6/19)
Fucking Desic (pelican Aaracockra) and he is working with a group of "privateers," including a changeling captain who makes thinnly veiled threats that they will steal the precious metals we are transporting. I disagree, and he gets upset. He tells me he sees right through me and that
I'm far from home. He lets us go with a warning that he won't be so nice next time, and I imply the same.
We get to Tempestura and Narissus greets us at the docks. We see many genasi of different kinds, but they generally stick to their own section. Narissus takes us to see Elder ___ to talk about the problems with the portal gates. He tells us that there were some blackouts beginning a few months ago. They're longer and more frequent now, which is bad because many genasi need to travel to their own elemental plane. The batteries are in the city of Etheria (Air) and we should talk to Elder Lovart.
We ask dock workers to fix our ship.
Travel to Etheria by naiad tube. There are scholarly buildings so Valenna heads in to see if she can find out more. She does. We walk by the portal near the edge of the city. It's relatively hodge-podge. We pass by the workshop of the Technomancers in residence. We are greeted by a very VERY large steampunk warforged that it almost certainly several centuries old and odd to see with the cutting edge technology the mancers usually have. We talk to Bez, a heavily scarred woman who is upset about the recent outages of the gates and even more so that she doesn't really know what's going on. She tells us that it seems that something is stealing the ethereal energy collected in the batteries or that it is leaking out. She doesn't know for sure though because Elder Lovart doesn't allow anyone close to the batteries since he deems them very dangerous. We tell her we're here to help how we can.
We go to Elder Lovart to ask about the batteries. He is a visibly older (and very hot) gentleman with visible scars on his face and is blind, his daughter escorts him as needed. We ask to observe the battery for a time so we can see what's happening. Valenna tells him about the Devourer in an effort to convince him to let us do this. He asks for time to decide.
In the meantime we go to Forge (the fire elemental city). Dirt asks me to buy a cannon for the ship, I try but it's wayyyy too expensive (20,000 g). I get a shield tho, Dirt gets some cheap ass sending stones, and Valenna gets some star navigational tools.
On our way out we witness a portal gate flicker and go out with someone inside. We can't do anything but then we rush to go to see Elder Lovart. He was expecting us and agrees to us observing the batteries.
We observe. A crack appears on the crystal itself and fucking voidspawn crawl out of it, including a ginormous one that still had a face. The big one is the one that reaches in and starts to drain the battery. We fight. We kill two. More appear.
Session 3 (6/12)
We head to Grand Sanctum to maybe find Erebus, the cleric we were advised to meet with. Dirt finds him, a higher level cleric.
There is a fortune teller's tent in the market now, and we decide to see if its real. Future is bright, but something has latched onto me, and will consume me in the future if I don't do anything about it.

Session 2 (6/5)
We fight the Shadow guys, General ___ (the Gif) shoots one but does no damage (the dangers of retirement). Our group's magical damage does get them, however. We get them but they do explode when they die. After Queen Edritch urges us to leave as soon as we can tomorrow. Also recommends that on Nethrune we go to the temple that has established contact with the god that the city rests on, the Elycium Temple.
I talk to The Forgotten One to tell him about
The Devourer is one of the oldest Titans. He was considered selfish by the other Titans, who also talked of how he was almost impossible to contain when he was imprisoned. He comes from before Velderos. The Devorer has a warden who is also very old., but is the fifth. The key is said to be indestructible, and so the key was hidden and only the warden knows where it is. Vorthak is the Warden of Justice. Last he spoke to Vorthak he was saying that he feared that a Gith woman was able to steal his power, so he might be dead. The most powerful aspect of the

Session 1 (5/29)
Business as usual when I get a new letter in the mail with the wax seal of the city of Lumina. It is an invitation to a gala celebrating the Festival of Light. It is being put on by the King and Queen of Lumina.
Take Spelljammer to Lumina. At the port I see Dirt, he has a goatee. We catch up, Dirt has been working at his home farm outside of Waterdeep and I tell him that
-We enter the party and its in full swing. There are members of all races, except only two Gifs, including General Signith, and no Giths. I see my old Shadowmaster Quinlin and I pretend I didn't see them. Lanister, old coworker, approaches me and asks me if I am joining the unit again, I say I am not. Talk to Narciuss with Dirt as his wingwoman, she's an earth genasi he assisted. Consider the gal partially woo'ed. The festival light festival takes place when the stars start to move. However things seem to start to go differently. The few stars involve convalese, then almost flicker out, turns a swirly purple, and then settle into the new constellations.
-Lumina Queens Larissa and Edricht enter after the lights. They approach us and ask to speak to us in private. They say they knew of our work before as a group. They say that the Astral Plane has been undergoing unstable changes very recently. Old creatures have been making their way back in, and they fear it might be a second Cataclysm. Cassius, an elf that ____ knows, enters and is able to give us the information they have thus far. He says that the old titan the Devourer is likely responsible, a titan known for only wanting to destroy the planes. The Astral Plane was created as his prison or a place within the Astral Plane was created as his prison. As he is now influencing outside of his jail that must mean someone has freed him. They ask us to try and find the person who potentially unlocked the jail of the Devourer. The Queens fear that the Federation would get involved and then do nothing as they usually do, so they ask us to be sneaky and not tell anyone.
They ask us to speak to their daughter, Princess___, who is a clairvoyant. Couple of months ago she saw something out in the stars that triggered a vision. From then on she has been sickly and haunted, and most importantly she hasn't told anyone about her vision when she was asked about it, even by her mothers. We ask her about the original vision, and surprisingly she answers. She says she doesn't remember much, only that it was terrifying and full of death. We assure her that we'll try and help how we can and she offers to shake our hands. I take her hand, and as soon as I do her pupils turn black and she starts speaking, although it isn't her. It is a voice, seemingly talking directly to me. It says that soon it will have me and that god I am working with, and then the whole Astral Plane. Yikes. Visiting time is soon after and we take our leave.
-Given items by Queen Edricht as well as a Spellajmmer to get around. She recommends that we go speak to some clerics in Nethrune as they know more, especially one named Erebus. Warns us about the Githyanki as their piracy has increased lately. Also of the Gif Confederation as they are strong and stubborn. They are unsure about where the prison of the Devourer is or what it actually is. She says that it might come down to the issue of the key to its prison. Cassius is good to ask questions.
-We head back to the party, and there at the bottom of the steps is none other than Quinlin.
