Inner Colonists

Inner colonists are those located within Earth's solar system, including those living on Earth and the peoples who have settled Earth's Moon (Luna), the planets and moons within Earth's solar system and the asteroid belt. People in the inner colonies do not have access to Aura Energy or any Aura-based technologies.
