Children of the Younger Pair - Daorhu

The Daorhu are the chosen people of the Ezontach, known amongst the Eshan as the most closely bound and powerful of Ácolitus’s offspring. Yet, this inseperable union was not eternally sealed. Like mortals whom stray from peace and reason, the Ezontach were caught amidst the terrible tribulations of ambitious rivals. The First Feud ignited from the debate regarding mortal creation and consumed the infantile realm of the Eshan within a great conflagration. The four were divided in twain, and each pair viciously slew the allies of the other. Once the dust settled and victors named, the folly and short-sightedness of the affair was understood. Mortal and Eshanic dead littered the fields of Zaregallis. For their part, the Ezontach vowed to never divide themselves again and forsook the Odyrzid created out of malice. In replacement came the Daorhu. These newly bred creations were entirely unlike the jagged and hardy Odyrzid but born as the prime manifestation of the Ezontach’s chiefest qualities.   Borsod and Yada were the craftsworkers of their psysiology. This was because their ability to create was never expended, unlike Dholgoum and Moriv who created the Odyrzid as warriors to counter the Viscari. The younger pair sought to differentiate this race from their predecessor. Where the Odyrzid were stocky and strong, the Daorhu were lanky and nimble. Each of the Daorhu possessed slim facial features, but fearsome eyes and jagged teeth. Their bodily frames were a time and half the length of Aemar, Etayen, or other races, which made them seven or so strides tall on average. For their neighbors, the Daorhu were beasts from folklore and nightmare. The younger pair found the concept amusing. When all was done, Dholgoum and Moriv were compelled to agree with the result without significant input. This was the price for their reunion.
