Doctrine of Karnast

Karnast’s school of Vojûnic thought began to form during the Weeping Era, when the empire which built their eponymous tower collapsed and left Vojûn wild to wreck havoc upon the world. Like in Everos, Othosar warlords mastered Vojûn and turned it against their neighbors, demanding tribute and slaves in exchange for protection in the new order. Traditional society, guided by collective morality and cultural dictum crumbled, particularly in those areas most deeply immersed within the ancient Etayen regime. The Demhezzar of the south were most keenly effected, for their land was utterly broken and rebuilt from its roots by the invaders- Voladûr speckled the country and Vojûn burrowed itself into the minds of its people. Made wild by misfortune, they manifested that energy most cruelly against one another during those dire and bleak days. The nemeshari of Karnast, kept safe behind the ancient stone walls of Tarimikras, witnesses this collapse unfold and thus began to ponder their response.
