The Middle and Outer Belts

The Etayen were pollinators of technological prowess and extraordinary wisdom. It was their colonization of Qadal which elevated the other nations to modernity.
The ‘Middle Belt’ theory, penned by the Neyasi historian Levesaya in 2056 begins to illustrate the apparent disparities across history. She conjectured that the advancement of Qadayen collective civilization followed a single, broad ‘pathway’ which remained the consistent nexus of knowledge and technology.
It was an irony not lost that Neyas, from which Levesaya wrote, was itself excluded from the Middle Belt which she so extolled. They were member of the Outer Belt. These territories were those localities never blessed with the direct dissemination of knowledge which made Everos, Othos, and Etal superior.
