Lemunda Oweland

(a.k.a. Lemunda the Lovely)

Lemunda Oweland is a precocious young woman from the town of Saltmarsh, and grand-daughter of the town matriach, Councillor Eda Oweland.   Lemunda has a not-entirely undeserved reputation in the fishing port. She is known as a woman of easy virtue, who enjoys the company of men, especially older, wealthy gentlemen.   She has no income of her own other than the large estate left to her after her parents passed, but does not seem to care about such things as earning a living or finding honest work. Most days she can be found in one of the town's taverns, drinking on other peoples coin.   Her reputation and hedonistic nature has caused her grandmother several embarrassments, but the older Oweland has always stood by her, thinking that a little more maturity will bring out the civic-minded woman she believes is within.

Appearance and Mannerisms

Lemunda has not earned the nickname "Lemunda the Lovely" for no reason. She is extremely beautiful and charismatic, and seems to know that she is. She ill use all of her wiles to get her way, seducing older and wealthier men without a second thought.   She shares her grand-mother's startlingly blue eyes. Her long hair is a vivid red in colour, and she likes to wear clothes that are more revealing than the norm for the working class port town in which she lives.   Lemunda has several finely-drawn tattoos.

Notable Achievements

Lemunda has achieved little in her life, unless it be causing embarrassment to her grand-mother. Many in town believe she will never amount to much.

The flirtatious young grand-daughter of councilwoman Eda Oweland.
