Skotha Frostgale is Lord of the Imperial town of Wolfall.
Whilst close to the Keylands peninsula, Wolfall is in reality one of the most remote settlements in the Cerulean Empire, as it lies on the Amber Coast and is a weeks travel from the regional capital of Ambercove.
This remoteness is felt in the leadership of the town as well, and Lord Frostgale is known to feel, at best, indifferent regarding the Empire. He would prefer to have ultimate rule over the area, and does not see that the Empire does much for him and his people.
He thinks the town would prosper more without the shackles of Imperial law and taxes.

Appearance and Mannerisms

Skotha is a proud man and stands tall and straight. He dresses exclusively in black, in walrus hide leather and expensive furs.
He wears his dark hair short and sports a thin black moustache, and always carries a great sword at his side, though it has been many years since he had need of its use.
Skotha does not suffer those who sees as fools, and does not like his time to be wasted. He is quick to temper, especially if he feels he is being mocked.

Notable Achievements

In his youth Skotha travelled to Monmurg, posing as a freebooting trader. His father sent him there on the premis that such exposure to the "real world" would be a good experience for him. The young man soon got into trouble however and ended up fleeing for his life.

Cold and serious Lord of Wolfall, suspicious of his Imperial masters.
