Captain Wolgar Windrune rules his own kingdom, the decks of the Goadeboat The Soul of Winter with a fair but firm first.
This imposing dwarf has lived in Seaton for many years, having sailed the Soul down the coast after the days of the The Subterranean Struggle.
For whatever reason it has now been thirty years since Wolgar last visited his ancestral home of Koldor's Hold. He prefers life at sea with the open sky overhead, rather than the heavy weight of stone.

Appearance and Mannerisms

Wolgar is happiest at sea. Often seen with a huge grin on his weathered face, his head is bald and he wears his long brown beard in iron-bound braids.
The dwarf is most often seen in a long black leather frock coat emblazoned with red trim.
Wolgar can be stoic, preferring to talk only to his crew, but he loosens up after a few jars of Axegrinder Ale.
He doesn't suffer fools glady at sea, and usually orders any passengers to remain inside their quarters for their own safety.

Notable Achievements

Wolgar and his crew have become the go-to people for salvage operations, and recovered several important items from ships sunk during the The Great Pelagic War.
