The Great War
The great war took place on Maezes and involved all the Sacred Avatars. It finally came to an end with The Fall.
Details of the war were few, even before the devastation that came afterwards. It started as small rumors from the fringes of Maezes, eventually escalating to full compliments of armies trying to wipe each other out. The refugees who fled during the first few months all told conflicting accounts. Some groups would claim they were being defended, others said they were being liberated, but more often than not the commoners were simply being wiped out by conflicts they were never given a reason for.
