The Leadership Arts
Leadership Arts are basically as the name describes.
This is a test of your leadership skills.
1) You will be assigned a two or three person team.
2) You'll be given a mission to complete.
3) You have to take control of your men and complete the mission by giving orders and listening and observing the situation as effectively as possible.
You are rarely ever given access to people you know, with random strangers or pre-existing teams of specialists in the chosen field being randomly assigned to you. (Example a 7 vs 7 Rugby match with seven random rugby volunteers being assigned to you.)
Also you may be put up against other leaders.
