Council Chamber
Background:
The Council Chamber is where all meetings dealing with Avar and it's people are discussed. These discussions range from new laws, doctrine, capital concerns, and any matter that needs the approval of the council. The council is made up of 5 members all originating from different districts of Avar in order to give all an equal say in matters that may effect them as well as giving up some power from the Founders District. Description:
The outside is lined in large pillars with 5 crests representing each of the districts. Inside the chamber resembles an amphitheater with one section closed off from the rest and raised above all others to hold the council members while those on the lowest level must raise their head to see them.
